MTC Cartridge Limited Warranty

MTC warrants its remanufactured laser printer toner cartridge ("Cartridge") to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Within thirty (30) days after receiving notice from the customer, MTC, at its option will either replace the cartridge or refund the purchase price should the cartridge be found defective in materials or workmanship.

MTC further warrants that the cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in the cartridge causes printer failure, MTC will reimburse the customer for the cost of service and repair of the printer. This limited warranty is dependent upon the customer promptly providing MTC with written evidence satisfactory to MTC that the printer failure was due to a defect in the cartridge, including a statement on the repari service's letterhead, dated and signed by the service company's field sales or service representative. Within thirty (30) days after receiving notice from the customer of the defective cartridge and the evidence of printer failure as stated, MTC will reimburse the customer for the full amount of the authorized repair.

The limited warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, alteration, accident or misuse (including failure to operate the printer according to the manufacturer's specifications) by the user. MTC neither assumes, nor authorizes its representatives or agents to assume on behalf of MTC, any other liability in connection with the sale or shipment of its products. The customer has the legal right to enforce this limited warranty. MTC liability hereunder shall be limited to the replacement, refund or reimbursement as provided above and does not extend to consequential damages.
