Position: Networking Sales Executive

Job Description

Using your consultative and technical selling skills, you will sell to key executives in small-to-medium sized companies in the Kansas City market and beyond. We have a well-defined target customer, a large database of current and past customers, a host of testimonials, and a proven service to help you sell. Your job is to learn the customers’ business needs and develop a solution based on MTC’s technical service offerings in the area of network solutions, form relationships, demonstrate our products and services, and close the sale.
We offer a small, closely-knit entrepreneurial environment in which sales plays a key role – as well as a competitive compensation package.
Technically minded salespeople do have the best success in our industry; however, we will train the right person.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales success
  • Enthusiasm for helping other people
  • Selling skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Desire to win
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literacy (experience with contact manager software is a plus)
  • Sales experience in IP telephony.
